Lung Cancer Screening

Are you a current or former smoker between the age of 50-74? If yes, you may qualify for a free lung screening and free blood work.

There is no medication involved in this study.

Enrollment Qualifications:

• Must be between the ages of 50-74 years of age

• Must be a current or former smoker with at least a 20 year smoking history (former smokers that quit no longer than 15 years ago).

• Can not have any previous lung cancer diagnosis

• Can not have any other cancer diagnosis in the past 5 years

• Must have ACTIVE MEDICAL INSURANCE
